This online privacy policy describes the information Odyssey collects through the services available on our website, Odyssey.in (the “Site”) and the Unwind Program, and how we use that information. Our policy also describes the choices you can make about how we collect and use your information.
Please note: Odysseystores.com was the original website of Odyssey, we later migrated to Odyssey.in. You would always be taken to Odyssey.in when you visit www.odysseystores.com.
Odyssey may collect personal information. Personal information means information about an identifiable individual and may include:

- financial information, such as credit card number; and
- Employment-related information, such as may be found on resumes, applications, background verification information, or in employment references.

We may receive personal information from the website of any Odyssey’s sub-brand(s) / brand extensions.

Odyssey may also collect aggregated data, which is data from which the identity of an individual cannot be determined. Since it is not personal information, Odyssey may use aggregated data in any way that it considers appropriate.
Odyssey may use personal information provided verbally or in writing (including via electronic media) by customers and potential employees in order to:
- Process and manage your purchase of Odyssey’s products and services, including the purchase and use of your Odyssey’s Card including the Unwind Program;
- Communicate with you about your order or purchase, your Odyssey’s Unwind account, your Odyssey.in account, or a contest you have entered;
- Respond to your customer service inquiries;
- Communicate with you about:
- specific jobs, job opportunities or general information about employment at Odyssey, in the event you have created a personal profile or submitted your resume online;
- our brands, products, events or other promotional purposes, including co-branded offers, if you have opted to receive such communications either through providing your email address in pages of Odyssey.in or by indicating as such in your communication preferences when you signed up for a Odyssey.in account;
- Communicate, to the extent required, with and manage our relationship with Odyssey’s consultants, strategic partners, agents, distributors, suppliers, contractors and other companies affiliated with Odyssey in order to improve Odyssey’s offering of products and services; and
- Meet any applicable legal and regulatory requirement.
We may arrange to have marketing and promotional information of other companies sent to you that we think might be of interest to you only if you tell us that you would like to receive these sorts of materials in your communication preferences.
Our website may also share information with companies that provide support services to us (such as credit card processors, mailing houses or web hosts) or that help us market our products and services (such as email vendors). For example, we may seek consent to use and share personal information after it has been collected in those cases where Odyssey’s wishes to use the information for a purpose not previously identified or for which the individual concerned has not previously provided consent.

It should be noted that in some circumstances, certain Odyssey’s products and services can only be offered if a person provides personal information to Odyssey. If you choose not provide us with any required personal information, we may not be able to offer the products or services requested. We will inform you of the consequences of the withdrawal of consent.
We may use your e-mail address and other contact information provided to us through the Site or the Odyssey Card Program to send you promotional materials from us and, if you’ve opted in, from third parties. If you do not want to receive such promotional information, you can change your communication preferences and remove yourself from our e-mail list at any time. If you have a Odyssey.in account, please log in and go to the communication preferences page.
Please also note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional emails from us, we may still use your information to communicate with you for other purposes, such as orders/purchases, your Odyssey Card account, customer service responses and job related communications.
Odyssey strives to ensure that any personal information provided and in its possession is as accurate, current and complete as necessary for the purposes for which we use that information.
If you have signed up for a Odyssey.in account either through the site, we have provided you with a means to log into your account and edit your personal information including name, postal address and phone number to ensure its accuracy at all times.
If you signed up to receive email communications by providing your email address in the pages of Odyssey.in, you may log in and change your communication preference.
If you applied for a position at Odyssey, you re-send the updated resume to careers@odyssey.in.

We encrypt the pipe through which personal information, such as credit card numbers, is sent, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your information is safe as it is sent over the Internet to our server.
Odyssey.in is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 12. Odyssey does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 12, and does not use such information if it discovers that it is has been provided. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the laws of the country, children under the age of 12 should not provide any personal information on this Site. We request that parents supervise their children while online.
Please be aware that we provide links to third-party websites as a service to our guests, and that we are not responsible for the content or information collection practices of those pages.
